What to prepare

Almost none of this is work you have to do. It is material you already have, sitting in a folder or in someone's head. Gathering it before you start is the difference between a worker that answers well on the first afternoon and one that keeps saying it will check with the team.

You can begin with one document. Upload a single price list or FAQ and a worker will answer from it within minutes. The list below is what a complete setup looks like, not a barrier to starting.

What it needs to know

These become the knowledge your worker answers from. Any of PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, plain text or Markdown, or point it at pages on your website.

What your company doesThe description a new joiner would be given on day one. It sets the worker's context for everything else.

Your products or services, with pricesA price list, catalogue or rate card. Without it a worker will correctly refuse to quote, which is safe but not useful.

A mobile number for WhatsAppA number you are willing to dedicate to the business. The quickest route is scanning a QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web works. A Meta Cloud API number is the alternative when you need volume or templates.
