Built and run in Singapore

Hire your first AI worker this week.

appsg.ai is the private AI workforce and automation platform for Singapore businesses. Give a worker a job title and your own documents, put it on WhatsApp, email and web chat, and it answers with sources. Put it on a schedule or a trigger and it starts the work itself. Anything sensitive waits for your sign-off.

Private means what it says: what you upload answers your questions and nothing else, and none of it is ever used to train an AI model.

From S$289 a month, inclusive of 9% GST. 7 days free, no setup fee. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.

The work nobody was hired to do

Three jobs your team is doing that no one applied for.

In most Singapore SMEs the same three leaks show up. None of them need another headcount requisition to fix.

Answering the same forty questions

Lead times, prices, opening hours, warranty terms. Answers that already exist in a document somebody has to find and retype, dozens of times a week.

Covering the eleven o'clock shift

Your customers message when they are free, not when you are open. By morning the faster supplier has already replied and the job is gone.

Chasing the follow-ups

A quote sent on Monday, no chase on Thursday. The pipeline does not leak at the pitch, it leaks in the silence afterwards.

How you hire one

The same four things you would do for a new joiner.

No integration project and no data science team. Four steps, all done from a browser, all reversible.

Write the job description

Start from a ready-written role, then set the job title, the tone, and the things this worker must never do. It reads like a brief because that is what it is.

Train it on what you know

Upload PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and decks, or point it at pages on your website. It answers from those and shows the source on every reply.

Hand over the logins

Grant the channels and systems this role needs: the mailbox, the WhatsApp number, the website chat, the calendar, the CRM. Nothing else is reachable.

Set what needs sign-off

Decide which actions cannot happen without a person pressing send. Quotes, campaigns, public posts, anything touching money. Everything else it just gets on with.

Rather not do it alone? Every plan includes a complimentary session with our team, about 60 minutes, walking you through all four steps on your own workspace. You can book it during the free trial. Read the onboarding guide

The roles you can hire

13 jobs, already written.

Each role arrives with its brief, its tone and its refusals in place. Take one as it is, adjust it, or write your own from a blank job description.

On the job

It answers from your documents, and stops at the line you drew.

This is a front desk worker on a WhatsApp Business number. It answered from the price list and the installation procedure, and it showed which ones. Then it drafted a quote, which is on the sign-off list, so it is waiting rather than sending.

That pause is the difference between a worker and a chatbot. You decide where it goes.

Hi, do you do HDB kitchen installs? How long is the wait for quartz?
Wei Yes, we install HDB kitchens. Quartz tops are 3 to 4 weeks from templating, and we template within 5 working days of the deposit. Source: 2026 price list, page 4. Installation SOP v3.
Can you quote me for 3.6m of counter?
Waiting for sign-off Wei has drafted a quote of S$4,820 for Mdm Lim and is holding it until someone approves. Approve and sendEdit first
Where they work

Put them where your customers already message you.

One inbox behind all of it. Your team sees every thread, takes over mid-conversation whenever they want, and the worker picks up again after.

Start your AI workforce

WhatsApp

Your own business number, or the platform gateway. Replies, media and broadcasts to your consented list.

Email

Connect Gmail or any IMAP and SMTP mailbox. The worker reads the thread, drafts or replies, and keeps the history.

Website chat

One line of script puts a worker on your site, styled to your brand, capturing the lead as it answers.

Telegram

For teams and communities that run on Telegram rather than email.

API, webhooks and triggers

Call your own systems, fire on an event, or let another system talk to your workers directly.

What else they can run

The rest of the back office, on the same payroll.

Switch on what you need as you grow. Which suites your workspace gets is set by your plan, so nothing is bolted on later.

Sales CRM

Leads, quotes and follow-ups tracked in one place, with a worker chasing the ones your team has not got to.

Schedule and bookings

Workers check real availability, book the slot and send the calendar invite, with ICS sync back to your calendar.

Campaigns

Branded email and WhatsApp campaigns with consent, unsubscribe and preference handling built in.

Social

Schedule posts across your accounts and let a worker draft the replies to comments for sign-off.

HR Onboarding Studio

For the people you hire, not the AI ones. Their induction, automated: your material becomes presenter-led video modules with a quiz, assigned to a person or a whole team. See how it works

Command Center

A live board of what your workers are doing right now, with a voice assistant for the questions you would rather ask out loud.

Human onboarding

Your new hire's first week, without your HR manager repeating it.

Most of an induction is identical every single time: the safety brief, the systems, the leave policy, who to ask about what. Your HR or onboarding manager delivers it again for every joiner, and the quality drifts with how busy that week is.

The HR Onboarding Studio automates it. It turns the induction material you already have into presenter-led video modules, gives each joiner a private link, and puts an AI worker beside the video to answer the questions they would otherwise queue up to ask.

Where do I find the claim form for transport? Nadia, HR worker It is in the staff handbook, section 6. Here is the direct link, and claims close on the 25th of each month.

Your material, turned into modules

Paste the induction deck or point at the documents. It comes back as modules with narration, the takeaways for each one, and a quiz written from the content.

Fronted by a real face

Create a presenter from a photo of an actual manager, with the consent attestation recorded, so the induction is delivered by someone the joiner will meet in the corridor.

A quiz, so completion means something

Multiple choice after each module. You get evidence the person understood the safety brief, not just a tick saying the video was open in a tab.

An AI worker on standby

Grounded in your handbook, answering only from what you have actually written. On the joiner's link it can read and answer, nothing else, so it can never act or spend on their behalf.

You can see who is stuck

Invited, started, completed, last seen, and the due date, per person. The chase becomes a glance instead of a spreadsheet and a reminder email.

Assign it to a team, not a list

Point a programme at a team and everyone in it is enrolled, including the people who join next month. Nobody has to remember to add the new starter.

That is a real module, rendered by the studio from a page of induction notes. Nobody filmed anything.

Onboarding is the cheapest retention you will ever buy. A joiner who knows how things work in week one is a joiner who is still there in month six. Included on Enterprise. Video renders draw from your plan's own allowance and are approved before anything is spent.

The payroll comparison

What the repeatable half of the inbox costs you in wages.

Move the sliders to your own numbers, including what the person answering actually costs you. The estimate counts only the repeatable share and subtracts the plan price before it shows you anything.

Assumes 22 working days a month and that an AI worker takes over 60 percent of routine enquiries. Your own result depends on how much of your knowledge is written down. The hourly figure is yours, so nothing here rests on an industry average we made up.

How you supervise it

Nobody goes straight to autonomous.

A worker that can send, quote, post and book is only useful if you can prove what it did and stop what it should not do. Every worker moves through three states, and you decide when it is promoted.

1 In training Drafted, learning your documents, answering only to you.
2 Supervised Live on your channels, with named actions held for a human to sign off.
3 Autonomous Trusted to act inside the rules you set, with everything still on the audit trail.
Your data is never training data

Under the API terms we access them on, nothing you send is used to train the providers' models. It is in the DPA, not a policy page.

Grounded, cited answers

Your documents first, with the source shown on the reply.

Sign-off gates

Choose the actions that always need a person to press send.

Full audit trail

Every action, approval and change recorded and searchable.

PDPA data rights

Public access, correction and erasure requests, handled as a workflow.

Told they are talking to AI

Optional disclosure on outbound replies, in your own words.

A budget per worker

Each one has a monthly ceiling, and the workspace has a harder one above it.

Model failover

Up to three frontier models in sequence, so one provider outage is not your outage.

Role based access

Per-user permissions, plus teams and divisions for larger rollouts.

Questions

What people ask before they hire one.

How long before a worker is actually doing something?

The same afternoon. Upload one price list or FAQ document, pick a role, and it answers from that document within minutes. The trial is 7 days, which is deliberately longer than you need.

Do I have to let it loose on customers straight away?

No. Every worker starts in training, answering only to you. You promote it to supervised when you are ready, which puts it on your channels with named actions held for a human to sign off. Autonomous is a decision you make later, or never.

What stops it from making something up?

It answers from your documents first and shows which one it used. When the answer is not there it says so and hands over rather than guessing. You can also require sign-off on anything that quotes, sends, books or posts.

Where does our data go?

Your documents and conversations stay in your own workspace. AI processing runs through vetted sub-processors covered by our data processing addendum, on terms that forbid training on your content. The full list is in the DPA.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, and that is where most of our customers put their first worker. WhatsApp, email and website chat land in one inbox, and your team can take over any conversation mid-thread.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing. If you continue, we bill the plan you picked and issue a GST invoice automatically.

Can we change the headcount later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. Headcount, seats and suites follow the new plan immediately, and billing is adjusted from the change.

Put one worker on one channel this week.

Upload a single document, connect one inbox, and read what it answers. That is the whole trial.
