13 jobs, already written.
Every role below arrives with its brief, its tone and the things it must refuse to do already in place. Hire one as it is, rewrite it to match how your company actually works, or start from a blank job description and write a job that is not on this page at all.

Roles that talk to the outside world.
These sit on WhatsApp, email and your website chat, and they are where most companies put their first hire.
Roles that work inside the company.
These answer to your staff rather than your customers, and they take the internal load nobody was hired for.
Every role here started as a blank job description. Yours can too.
If the AI worker you need is not on this list, write it yourself.
Every role above started as a blank job description. You can write one for the job only your business has, and point it either way: at your customers, or at your own team. It is the same worker either way, with the same supervision, and it counts as one of the AI workers on your plan.
A worker that answers the outside world
It replies on WhatsApp, email or your website chat, from your price list and your documented answers, and refuses anything you told it to refuse.
For exampleA renovation firm writes a showroom enquiry officer: it answers HDB and BTO questions from the firm's own packages, never quotes a price that is not on the list, and books the site visit into the calendar.
A worker that answers your own staff
It reads the handbook, the SOPs and the forms nobody can ever find, and takes the internal questions your managers answer over and over.
For exampleA logistics company writes a duty roster assistant: it answers drivers on shifts, claims and leave from the staff handbook, so the ops manager stops answering the same six questions every morning.
What you control when you write one
The brief, and the limits
You set all of it: what the job is, the tone it answers in, the documents it may use, the tools it may touch, and the things it must always refuse. The 13 roles on this page were written exactly the same way.
A name and a job title
A worker can introduce itself as Rachel Lim, Senior Sales Consultant, instead of as a bot. Set a persona name and title and it carries them into every reply on every channel. Leave them blank and it simply answers as the role. Entirely your call.
Whether it waits to be asked
Put a worker on a schedule, hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, and it runs on its own and sends the result to your email or WhatsApp. Give another a trigger URL so one of your own systems can start it. Mid-conversation it can call your systems and write back what it finds.
Pick one role. Have it answering in minutes.
Upload a single document and ask it something. Connect a channel once you like what you read.
