How it is trained
Upload the documents this role would need on its first day: your price list, your policies, your standard procedures, your FAQ. It answers from those and shows which one it used on every reply. Where the answer is not in your material, it says so and hands the conversation to a person rather than filling the gap itself.
How you supervise it
It starts in training, answering only to you. Promote it to supervised and it goes live on your channels with the actions you named held for a human to sign off. Autonomous is a decision you make later, on evidence, and everything it does stays on the audit trail either way.
